Estate Wind-Up Support

Estate Wind-Up Support After Death

After a loss, the practical side of an estate can feel overwhelming. I help executors, liquidators, personal representatives, and families move through it calmly, with someone experienced beside them.

You don't have to figure this out alone

Settling an estate involves more than people expect — accounts to find, institutions to notify, documents to gather, deadlines to meet, taxes to file, and decisions to make, often during a time of grief.

Many of the families I work with come to me unsure where to begin. That's okay. We simply take it one step at a time.

How I support executors and families

I act as a steady, central point of coordination — helping you understand what needs to happen, in what order, and who needs to be involved. I help organize documents, communicate with banks and financial institutions, and work alongside the lawyer, accountant, and other professionals already involved.

Where things feel unclear or stuck, I help move them forward. Where things feel like too much, I help carry the load.

Practical areas of help

  • Guidance for executors, liquidators, and personal representatives
  • Locating and organizing financial documents and accounts
  • Communication and coordination with banks and financial institutions
  • Support through tax, reporting, and filing requirements
  • Coordination with the estate's lawyer, accountant, and advisors
  • A clear, step-by-step path through the estate process

My role is to bring calm and structure to a difficult time — so the people who are grieving aren't also carrying every administrative detail alone.

Nola Advisory LLC provides advisory and coordination services. It does not provide legal advice or act as the estate's legal representative.
